Mitch Green is an Australian landscape photographer and nature writer. He developed his craft on the South Coast of NSW. Amongst its striking rock formations, Mitch chased stunning sunrises and experimented with silky smooth long exposures. Mitch’s camera propelled him to explore exotic locations. Like the glacier lagoons of Iceland and the ethereal forests of Fiordland. And it equipped him with a new lens to appreciate scenes closer to home. Like the wild beauty of the bush or the finer details in familiar coastal scenes.
Now, based out of Melbourne, Mitch Green’s photography spurs him on in search of new landscapes to discover, new paths to wander and new light to experience. And it’s opened his eyes to the need to conserve and restore our wild spaces.
In this workshop, Mitch will discuss his current project of tree photography. His approach will include tips that he has found useful. He will also discuss developing online portfolios and is happy to field audience questions on how his images were planned/captured/edited.
