Images can often speak louder than words. The Yarra Ranges Photographic Society’s fourth major exhibition, Expressions 4, showcases the imagination and talents of its members as they tell their stories through the camera lens - an idea, a feeling, an image formed with conscious and creative thought. In “Expressions”, each photographer is challenged to discover, explore and ponder upon images with personal meaning to each photographic artist. There is no overall theme - simply a platform for personal expression.

The Society presents stimulating and diverse statements of contemporary photography. The exhibition unveils our favourite works, traversing a broad range of subjects and visual constructs. Genres include portraiture, landscape, flora and fauna, monochrome, and abstract, macro and creatively enhanced images.

The exhibition features photographic artists from the Yarra Ranges community, sharing our passion for photography with the broader community. Join us on an exploration of visual storytelling through the wonderful medium of photography.
